How to order online?

Your Online Model Store is always open, 24/24, 365 days a year. The way is very simple: when you find your models, just click on the "Add to Cart" button. At that moment, the model will be added to your shopping cart, waiting for other models to be added or to your order confirmation. Of course, you must be a registered customer to be allowed to purchase any product.


Is the Currency Rate correct?

You will be charged in USD dollares. The currency rate changer helps you to calculate how much it will cost you in your local currency.


How to register?

There are a few ways to register as Online Model Store customer. At all times for any purchase you will be requested to login as customer, so you should register at the time of your first purchase to our online shop. Click on “Account” button, fill  in the information with your (valid) E-Mail address and password. Then a fill-in form page will appear, waiting for your information. Please ensure that you fill in carefully your postal address information, street number and zip code. We won't be responsible if you make any mistake on it. 
In case your “shipping address” is different than your “billing address”, please un-check the special option "Shipping address same as billing address" and complete with a different address the right side of the page.

What to do if you encounter some problem during registration?

When you will confirm your information, if there are missing information such as postal code, country, etc... an error message will appear and ask you to check again until all information are confirmed. If your country has no state system or postal code, please fill in “n/a” (not available) box. What happens after confirm my ID "Login" and my order?

When you will be ready to confirm your order, you will have 2 payment choices: 1) Secure online payments provided by 2Checkout.com, Inc. or 2) Cash on Delivery (COD). We strongly suggest using the 2CheckOut which is safer for both parts. For a few countries, credit cards are not working, mainly due to an excessive number of fraudulent payments.

All Transactions are processed using 2CO's SSL encryption network and any other processes made available through its merchant service provider. Payment will be initiated via the secure payment processes.


What happens in case of models refund?

A refund is the actual reimbursement of the cost of a Product to a Customer regardless of the basis for the reimbursement. 2CO accomplishes the Refund by reversing the amount previously charged to the Customer's Card or account at the Card issuing bank and the appropriate amount is credited to the appropriate Card or account at the Card issuing bank of Customer.

2Checkout will only issue a Refund to the original funding source. For example, an order funded via Credit Card will be issued a Refund to the account for the Card that was used to fund the order.

How to connect to my account?

Please check the "Account" button on the top or bottom area of each pages. If you are not registered, the system will ask you to create a member account. Then, you will be able to login to your account using your email address and your password.

How to modify my personal information?

At any time, you can change your information such as home address, phone number, etc. When you will log to your account, please click on the information modification button, then you will be able to change all the information except your E-Mail address. Then press confirm button to save your modifications.

What kind of other information we can find?

You will be able to see your cart historic and redeem point account. In process order status can also be check and invoice print.


After sales service

Before each shipment, our Quality Control people are carefully checking one by one all models to avoid any problem. But some time problems happen. To provide the best service to our customer, our After Service will help them in this case.

What are the conditions?

All sales are subject to the Online Model Store conditions of sale. Merchandise exchanges or returns must be first authorized by our after sale service within 7 business days of receipt. Absolutely no merchandise will be exchanged or accepted back without a return authorization number, or after grace period. Store credit only will be given on returns.

What kind of information I should send to the after sales service?

Please send your name, email, and order number when you contact the after sales service. If you can send pictures of the models problem for checking, that will help us to reply you faster.

What happens in case of quality problem?

After checking the case, we will give you an authorization number. We will replace defective models and original model must be send back to our ware houses (we will pay the shipping charge). If the problem is clearly identified, the process is very fast, from 1 day to 5 days.
